In this article, I want to show you a simple meditation exercise that will help bring out your heart chakra energy.
1.) Sit in a comfortable position, with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2.) Bring your palms together and lightly press the knuckles of the thumbs into the sternum at the level of your heart.
3.) Begin to breath in slowly from the stomach and chest. Close your eyes, and let go of any distracting thoughts or emotions. Focus only on your breathing.
4.) When you feel that your mind is clear, focus your attention on the pressure of your thumbs against your chest. Feel the beat of your heart for about 1-5 minutes.
5.) Now, release your hands and gently rub them together. When you feel your hands warm and energized place the right one on your heart and the left hand right on top of it.
6.) With your eyes still closed, feel the warmth and the energy of the heart chakra rushing through your body. Visualize this energy as a emerald green light, radiating out from your heart and flowing through your whole body.
7.) After you feel ready, slowly release your hands and extend them out with the palms facing outward at your sides with your elbows bent.
8.) Feel the energy channeling out of your palms and into the world.
9.) End your meditation by bringing your arms up, and inhaling deeply as you reach up for the sky. Slowly Exhale and bring your arms back down to your sides. You can now open your eyes whenever your ready.
